VIP Coaching Refund Policy

Welcome to the Hear and Play VIP Coaching Program ("Program"), where we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional piano coaching services. We understand that circumstances can change, and it's important to us that our refund policy is clear and understandable for our valued participants. Please carefully read the following terms regarding our refund policy:

1. General Refund Policy

a. Initial 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee: We are confident in the value and quality of our Program. Hence, we offer a full refund to all participants if, for any reason, you decide that the Hear and Play VIP Coaching Program is not the right fit for you within the first 30 days of enrollment. To be eligible for this full refund, participants must request the refund within 30 calendar days from the date of enrollment.

b. Pro-Rated Refund: After the initial 30-day period, should you find it necessary to discontinue your participation in the Program for any reason, we will offer a pro-rated refund. The pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the amount of time spent in the Program relative to the total 12-month program duration. For instance, if you have completed 3 months of the Program, you will be eligible for a refund of the remaining 9 months on a pro-rated basis.

Payment Partner (Affirm): We are able to refund/reverse Affirm transactions at any time. If you need to discontinue the program, the same refund terms above will apply to payment partner transactions.


2. Session Attendance and Refund Calculation

The Program operates on a commitment basis of a minimum of 2 sessions per week and a maximum of 6 sessions as per the published schedule. The pro-rated refund will be calculated without regard to the number of sessions attended but rather the proportion of the 12-month program duration that has elapsed at the time of the refund request.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, participants must submit a written notice to our administration team at coaching@hearandplay.com or by calling 1-877-856-4187, specifying the reason for discontinuation. Our team will process your refund request within 30 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise specified or arranged.

4. Modifications to the Program or Refund Policy

Hear and Play reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Program or this refund policy at any time. If we modify this policy, we will post the modification on our website or provide you with direct notification. We encourage you to periodically review this policy to stay informed. Your continued participation in the Program after any modification to this refund policy constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
