About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated and energetic Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The Sales Consultant's primary goals are to close deals and preserve enduring relationships with our students. In order to promote overall growth, we are looking for a dynamic team member to collaborate closely with our students, the rest of our team, and various internal operational divisions. You will play a crucial part in closing agreements and establishing success for both our clients and our business as a Sales Consultant for our HearandPlay.com.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program will be your responsibility.

Managing refund inquiries, defaulted payment assistance

Supporting client success teams as necessary

Prospecting: Finding interested students from our mailing list, social media, and other outlets.

Enrolling: You'll be calling inbound and outbound prospects and taking them through our sales process.

Tracking your pipeline of potential students who hung up on the first call is essential for nurturing.

Prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program will be your responsibility.

Managing refund inquiries, defaulted payment assistance

Supporting client success teams as necessary

Prospecting: Your minimum KPI for calls from our lead sources will be calls.

Enrolling: Zoom will be used for calls, and it is your obligation to enroll customers in the KPI program.

Tracking your pipeline of potential students who hung up on the first call is essential for nurturing.
The position is full-time and virtual, so you can work from anywhere. We have team members throughout the United States, Canada, Africa, and The Philippines at HearandPlay.

- Learn all tech systems & product offerings to be effective in the position
- Self prospect and shadow successful consultants
- Begin taking calls

- Be within KPI for closing rate and cash collected

Qualifications
