About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team on a full or part-time basis. The main objective of the Appointment Setter is to schedule appointments with potential clients and align them with our sales team. We are seeking a dynamic team player to work closely with potential clients, the rest of our team, and several internal operational groups to drive overall growth. Scheduling appointments with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels

Qualifying leads and determining the best time and method for setting appointments

Following up with leads to ensure appointments are kept

Recording and maintaining accurate records of all appointments in a CRM or other database

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching and engaging potential clients

Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly appointment setting goals

Prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program will be your responsibility. 

Managing refund inquiries, defaulted payment assistance

Supporting client success teams as necessary

Prospecting: Your minimum KPI for calls from our lead sources will be calls.

Enrolling: Zoom will be used for calls, and it is your obligation to enroll customers in the KPI program.

Tracking your pipeline of potential students who hung up on the first call is essential for nurturing.

The position is full or part-time and virtual, so you can work from anywhere. We have team members throughout the United States, Canada, Africa, and The Philippines at HearandPlay.

DISQUALIFIERS: Please DO NOT apply to this position if you:

  • Aren’t willing to work 40 hrs/week if needed, unless specifically applying for part-time position.
  • Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills.
  • Can’t take criticism or feedback.

  • 7% Setting Rate  within 30 days
  • 80% Show up rate  within 30 days
